What is the meaning of parameters on our handheld laser welding machine touch screen

PWM- Freq: It means the number of times the signal goes from high level to low level and back to high level every second. ( Setting range from: 0-10000HZ )

PWM- Duty (%): The proportion of the high level in the entire cycle within a pulse period; (Recommend: 85%-90% )

 

Laser power: Laser power output when a laser is working. ( Setting range from 0-10V. 5V=50% of the total laser power.  10V = 100% of the laser power )

 

Rise-time: The time it takes to first trigger the processing signal PWM duty cycle and laser power from 0% to the setting value. ( Setting range from: 0-1000ms)

Swing speed: Setting range from: 0-6500HZ

 

Wire speed: When the machine work with automatic wire feeder, the wire feeding speed. It is already set well by us, no need to change.

 

Manual wire: It is the control system for wire feeding or wire return.

Swing range: 0-4mm.

 

Gas opening : Setting it 100ms. No need to change it.  It means before your welding, the gas will come out 100ms in advance to protect the welding part from turning black.

Gas off delay: Setting it 100ms. No need to change it. It means after you stop the welding, the gas will stop after 100ms later.

Laser frequency:  It means  the higher the frequency, the softer the light, and the welding energy will be weaker.  

Laser duty circle:  The smaller the duty cycle, the weaker the energy.  ( Setting range: 85% -90% )

Slow rise time: Keep it 200ms. Do not adjust it.

Slow down time: Keep it 50ms. Do not adjust it.
