More Accurate Weld Spot

The OPTIC Laser Welder uses a 3x beam expander. This large beam expander allows The OPTIC Laser Welder to achieve spot sizes as low as 0.2 mm diameter. This small accurate spot size is not possible on competetior laser welders.

Ceramic Cavity

OPTIC Laser Welders use a high quality ceramic laser cavity or chamber. Unlike other Laser manufacturers, which use a gold plated aluminum chamber. This ceramic laser cavity does not require any maintenance or replating. The ceramic chamber also gives the weld spot more power or more “Punch”.
